Press release
There has been a disturbance in the e-service Enter Finland which is why the status of the applications of some customers was displayed incorrectly earlier.
After the system update on Thursday 12 April, the status of the applications of some customers was displayed as ‘Waiting for processing’ even if the application previously had the status ‘In progress’. At present, the status of the applications is displayed correctly in the e-service.
Customers do not need to contact customer service in this matter. We are investigating the cause of the disturbance. We apologise for this and the worry it caused.
