The service points of the Finnish Immigration Service in Lahti, Raisio and Oulu will open later than planned, on 9 January 2017.
On 5 January, the service point in Oulu is only open for customers who have booked an appointment in advance. This means that you can visit the service point only if you have booked an appointment for 5 January. If you have not booked an appointment, you cannot visit the service point to queue.
The premises for these service points are not yet ready. At the moment, the premises are being furnished and the telecommunications links are being set up.
We apologise for the inconvenience and are asking our customers to be patient during this transitional period!
You will get a new appointment instead of the cancelled appointment
If you have booked a time at the service point that we have been forced to cancel, we will contact you by text message or e-mail. You will get a new appointment as soon as possible.
Please note that all our service points are closed 6 January on Epiphany.
