Join our customer panel and help us improve our website

The Finnish Immigration Service will renew its website at the end of 2017. We want to improve the Migri.fi website and make it easy to find answers to your questions on the website. We are putting together a customer panel to test the website, to give us feedback and information about the user experience.

Those chosen to participate in the customer panel are invited to the Finnish Immigration Service to test the website or be interviewed approximately three times during the year. The participants are also asked to fill out surveys online. The questions and tasks for the customer panel are in Finnish, Swedish or English.

The participants receive a small fee for their participation.

You do not need to be an expert on websites to join the customer panel. On the contrary: we are looking for persons with different backgrounds and IT skills.

If you are interested in joining the customer panel, send a free-form application to the address viestinta@migri.fi. Mention at least the following:

  • Your name
  • Your age
  • Your home country
  • How long you have lived in Finland
  • Your educational and professional background
  • Language you wish to use: Finnish, Swedish or English

Contact us by 10.3.2017. We will contact the chosen participants in person.

All our customers are invited to take part by participating in a survey

We ask all our customers to give us feedback about using our website during March. You can participate in the survey until 17 March 2017.
