How to apply for a residence permit? Why should you use the Enter Finland online service to deal with permits? What do you need to keep in mind when you visit a service point? A series of ten videos was published today. The videos show you how to apply for a residence permit.

The videos show how to apply for a residence permit and what happens when you visit a service point, and they also explain the Enter Finland online service. You should apply for a residence permit online, because it is less expensive than a paper application, and you can get a decision faster. 

All videos have been released in Finnish, Swedish and English. The feedback from clients who participated in user testing has been used in producing the videos.

The videos were created as a part of the ERSUS project (Easy to read speak & understand -service). In addition to the videos, the project has updated the visual instructions online and at service points as well as the supplement requests sent to clients. The ERSUS project receives EU funding from the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF).
