Queuing now possible in the telephone service

Press release

It is now possible to wait in queue for the Migri telephone service if there are too many callers. The new queueing system has been requested by many customers, and it is hoped to improve the availability of the telephone service during busy times.

"Earlier, customers sometimes had to call back several times if all our customer service agents were busy. Some calls would go through easily, but some people had to wait for a long time. Thanks to the new queueing system, the service now treats everyone equally," explains Sari Pääkkönen, Head of Customer Service.

The Migri customer service number +358 (0)295 419 600 is available in Finnish, Swedish and English on weekdays between 9 and 15.

The new feature will be added later to matter-specific service numbers. Later this year, Migri will also begin to offer a callback service to customers.
