Agency head office will move to Pasila on 14 May

Publication date 7.5.2018 17.08
Press release

The agency’s head office in Helsinki will move from Panimokatu to Pasila on 14 May.

  • The new visiting address will be Opastinsilta 12 A
  • The new postal address will be PL 10 00086 Maahanmuuttovirasto

We will endeavour to carry out the move as smoothly as possible, but there may be some interruptions to communication flows before and after the moving date. Because of this, we will unfortunately not be able to serve our customers in the best possible manner during the move.

For example, there may at times be some interruptions to our issue-specific service numbers.

Käenkuja service point will not change – services will continue there as before

There will not be a service point for customers in the new office. Customers in Helsinki will continue to be served at our service point in Käenkuja.

Where needed, additional information and documents can be taken to Käenkuja. Unfortunately, these cannot be received at the new premises in Pasila. Any additional information submitted is not checked through at the service desk in Käenkuja; this is done only once the application is being processed.

Nevertheless, additional information should be provided primarily via Enter Finland or by post.

When coming to visit any of the agency’s service points, remember to reserve a time beforehand: migri.fi/book-an-appointment.
