If you have been granted a residence permit in Finland, or a residence card for a family member of an EU citizen in Finland, you may travel in the Schengen area without a visa for up to 90 days out of any 180-day period. When you travel, you must bring with you your passport and residence permit card, or a passport that contains your residence permit.
If you have been granted a residence permit in Finland, you can travel only travel in the Schengen countries without a visa. If you travel to any other countries outside the Schengen countries listed below, you may need a visa. Check if you need a visa with an embassy or a consulate of the country in question.
If you have a residence permit for another Schengen country, you may stay in Finland for up to 90 days out of any 180-day period without a separate visa.
