Application for an extended permit on the basis of domestic violence

Apply for an extended permit with this application if you have had a residence permit on the basis of family ties and your relationship has ended because of domestic violence.

The decision on your application will be based on an overall consideration, taking account of your personal situation and the circumstances as a whole. Attach to your application possible proof of violence, such as statements from a shelter.

An extended permit on the basis of domestic violence can be granted for one year.
