Residence permit

Applications on the basis of work: There are more than 20 different residence permits that can be applied for on the basis of work. On this page, you will find a list of all the residence permit grounds.

You will find comprehensive information about the right to work for persons with different kinds of residence permits on the Finnish Immigration Service’s web page Work in Finland. The right to work may be unrestricted or restricted.
