Information requests and certificates
Information and documents concerning the customers of the Finnish Immigration Service are confidential as a rule.
You may request the following documents from the Finnish Immigration Service:
- documents that concern yourself if you are our customer
- documents that concern a customer if you have a reason to access them
- publicly available documents
