Female circumcision – you can get help

If you are in danger of being subjected to female circumcision, tell the employees of the 

• Finnish Immigration Service 
• a reception centre 
• a school 
• a health centre 
• or similar place.

They can also help you if a circumcision has already been performed on you.

A Handbook to Family Members and Friends Affected by Mental Illness is intended for you if your family member of friend has become mentally ill or has symptoms of a mental illness. The guide contains useful information and tells you where you can find support.
