- you have the right of permanent residence under the withdrawal agreement, and you are a British citizen or a family member of a British citizen and are a third-country national
- you have applied for a new card on 15 December 2025 or thereafter
- you have submitted all the information and documents required for renewing the card
- you do not have a non-disclosure for personal safety reasons (dvv.fi).
