Deliveries of residence cards issued to European Union citizens’ family members will be delayed by approximately 2–4 weeks.
The delay is due to a technical problem affecting the production of the cards. The card manufacturer is expected to resolve the problem on 10 May 2023.
If a positive decision has been made on your residence card application, you will receive your card by the end of May. Your card will be delivered to a DB Schenker collection point in Finland. You will be sent an arrival notification when your card is ready for collection.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
