If you wish to remove an Identity not verified remark from your alien's passport or refugee travel document, you need to apply for a new travel document. Submit the new application at a police service point.

When applying for a new travel document, you need to present reliable proof of identity. Documentation accepted as reliable proof of identity can be, for example, an expired or valid passport issued by your country of nationality. The original document, not a copy, must be provided. The document does not need to be valid.

More detailed instructions on how to remove an Identity not verified remark is available here.
