In July, waiting numbers are handed out at the Oulu service point (Mäkelininkatu 33 A) on Tues-days and Wednesdays starting at 12. Waiting numbers are not handed out on Tuesdays and Wednesdays before noon. On Mondays and Fridays, waiting numbers are handed out all day.
