Press release

Due to the coronavirus situation, we may have to limit the number of customers in the waiting areas. This means that you may have to wait for your turn longer than usual outside the service point premises when visiting a service point.

When inside the service point premises, please use hand sanitizer and keep a safe distance of 1–2 meters to all other persons in the premises. We recommend that you use a face mask. Do not come to a service point if you have flu symptoms. If you have booked an appointment but are unable to attend, remember to cancel your appointment in our appointment system.

Queuing with waiting numbers continues as usual

You can still visit our service points with a waiting number. Waiting numbers are intended for submitting urgent applications.

We recommend that you wear a face mask when you visit a service point

You can bring your own mask. Please read carefully the Recommendation and instructions on the use of face masks on THL’s website. When you are indoors in our service points, please wear a mask following the recommendations.
