The Finnish Immigration Service has discontinued the contract of the reception centre in Rauma. As we announced earlier, also the reception centre in Paihola will be closing. The operations of both reception centres will end by 30 June 2020.
Reception centres to be closed down:
Rauma reception centre, Finnish Red Cross, 150 beds. The unit will be closed by 30 June 2020.
Paihola reception centre (Kontiolahti), Finnish Red Cross, 150 beds. The unit will be closed by 30 June 2020.
