If you send us information by e-mail, please remember that you do so at your own risk, because the connection is not secure.
If you reply to the Finnish Immigration Service’s request for additional information by e-mail, remember to mention your customer number or your document number. Do not send your personal identity code by e-mail.

Please check that you have the correct e-mail address. All e-mail addresses of the Finnish Immigration Service end with “@migri.fi”.
If you receive a suspicious request for information, you can check whether it is fake or genuine by sending an e-mail to migri@migri.fi or by calling our customer service.
