Exceptions to telephone service hours 30 August – 1 September 2022

Between 30 August and 1 September 2022 there will be exceptions to the telephone service hours of the Finnish Immigration Service.

The following service numbers will have exceptional service hours:

• Citizenship matters and permanent residence permits 0295 790 604
• Residence permits on the basis of studies or work 0295 790 602 
• Residence permits for family members 0295 790 603 
• Other residence permits and permit matters 0295 790 600
• Ukraine Service number 0295 790 605

Exceptional service hours:

• Tuesday 30 August at 8.30–12.00 
• On Wednesday 31 August, the service numbers will be closed.
• Thursday 1 September at 13.00–15.30

Guidance for employers

The service number for employers, 0295 790 601, will be open normally on Tuesday 30 August.

• On Wednesday 31 August, the service number will be closed.
• On Thursday 1 September, the service number will be closed.
