The Helsinki Office of the Finnish Immigration Service will move to new premises. If you have an asylum interview or an oral hearing concerning your residence permit application on 19 April or later, the address you need to go to is Ratapihantie 11, Helsinki.
- Asylum interviews and oral hearings conducted in Helsinki will take place at our old office on Panimokatu until 13 April.
- From Thursday 19 April onwards, all asylum interviews and oral hearings conducted in Helsinki will take place at the new address, Ratapihantie 11, Helsinki.

When you receive an invitation to an interview or a hearing, the invitation states the address you need to go to
If you are going to an asylum interview or an oral hearing, you will receive an invitation with instructions on which address you need to go to.
Please read the invitation carefully.
Our service point at Käenkuja will not move and offers the same services as before
If you want to apply for
- a residence permit;
- a travel document;
- citizenship; or
- EU registration,
you can submit your application online. If you already have submitted your application and need to visit the Finnish Immigration Service, you have to visit one of our service points. Remember to book an appointment in advance.
