The Helsinki service point in Malmi is closed on Thursday 23 September and on Thursday 4 November due to staff training.

If you have an appointment at the Malmi service point on 23 September or 4 November,
we will reschedule your appointment to the following day as follows:
- Appointments booked for Thursday 23 September will be moved to Friday 24 September. The new appointment will be at the same hour as the old appointment.
- Appointments booked for Thursday 4 November will be moved to Friday 5 November. The new appointment will be at the same hour as the old appointment.
We will send you an email or a text message where you will see the date and time of your new appointment. If the new appointment does not suit you, you can change or cancel it by using the reservation key given in the message. Alternatively, you can email hakemukset@migri.fi and tell that the appointment we offered does not suit you. In that case, we will book you a new appointment.
