Problems with sending additional documents via Enter Finland

There are currently problems in the Enter Finland e-service with sending additional documents and replies to requests for supplementary information. Some browser languages, such as Bengali, have been found to create problems. Copying text from another file to the message field may also cause problems when the message is being sent.

When you have sent additional information for your application or replied to a supplement request, please check that you can see your attachments under ‘Your application and attachments’ on the ‘My applications’ page. Remember to refresh the page.

The problems will be fixed as soon as possible. If you cannot see the attachments that you have sent on the ‘My applications’ page,

  • change your browser language into English and
  • enter the information manually in the fields (do not copy and paste the text).
