Technical issues with the queue place function of Kamu the chatbot

Due to technical problems, our chatbot Kamu is unable to answer questions about an application's place in the processing queue.

The queue place function is out of use until further notice. You can still ask Kamu questions despite the queue place function being out of order. We will inform website users once the function is back in use again.

The processing of applications will continue normally even when the queue place function is out of use.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to check your application’s position in the processing queue by contacting our customer guidance service by phone or by email.  Please use your Enter Finland account to follow the processing of your application. You can also use the Processing Time Checker to check the expected processing time of your application.
