There have been numerous technical problems in the communication lines of the Finnish Immigration Service lately. Therefore some of the phone calls can be inter-rupted and the customer service personnel can not necessarily check information in the electronic case management system. Also the e-services have been out of or-der due to the interruptions in the communication lines.
Our service provider is seeking a solution to the problems. A part of the problems concern the whole administrative sector of the Ministry of Interior.
