The Finnish Immigration Service has not laid down any new guidelines on issuing residence permits or granting asylum to Ukrainian citizens due to the situation in Ukraine.
Ukrainian citizens who apply for a residence permit or asylum in Finland follow the same procedure and need to meet the same requirements as all other applicants. More information on applying a residence permit and asylum in Finland can be found on our website:
