The Finnish Immigration Service has not laid down any new guidelines on issuing residence permits or granting asylum to Ukrainian citizens due to the situation in Ukraine.

The Finnish Immigration Service follows the situation closely and updates its guidelines if necessary. Customers will be informed of any updates.
According to our information, the Embassy of Finland in Ukraine has not changed its procedures concerning permits for foreign nationals. The Embassy, for instance, receives applications and notifies customers of decisions as usual.
