Shorter opening hours at the customer service point in Helsinki from 31 March 2014
Starting from Monday 31 March 2014, the Finnish Immigration Service’s customer service point in Helsinki will be open from 11.30 to 15.00. The service point can be visited without appointment, and queue numbers will be available until 14.30.
The opening hours are reduced by a few hours, because there is no need to keep the service point open all day due to the low number of clients visiting the service point. The new opening hours will also allow the personnel more time for decision-making.
The changes may at first lead to occasional queues at the service point.
