During the summer months, the telephone service and service points of the Finnish Immigration Service are available as follows:
Telephone service
On 24 June, our general customer service number (+358 (0) 295 419 600) is available until 12.00.
From 28 June to 30 July 2021, the general customer service number is available Monday to Friday between 8.00 and 12.00.
Our subject-specific service numbers and our customer service number for employers will continue to operate according to their usual service hours during the summer. See our website for the service hours of all of our customer service numbers.
Service points
Our service point in Rovaniemi is closed from 19 to 23 July 2021 and from 2 to 6 August 2021.
All other service points are open normally. See our website for the opening hours of our service points.
