Summer opening hours of customer services
During summer 2024, the customer guidance services and service points of the Finnish Immigration Service are open as follows:
Service points
All service points of the Finnish Immigration Service are closed on Midsummer Eve 21 June 2024.
Otherwise, most service points will be open normally. See the opening hours of service points.
The following service points are exceptions:
Opening hours of the Kuopio service point until 30 August 2024:
- The service point is open from Monday to Wednesday at 8–16.15.
- The waiting number service is open from Monday to Wednesday at 8–12.
- The service point is closed on Thursdays and Fridays.
- The Kuopio service point is closed from 8 July to 19 July 2024.
The Rovaniemi service point is closed from 15 July to 26 July 2024.
Service numbers of customer guidance services
On 20 June 2024, the day before Midsummer Eve, the service numbers of customer guidance services will close at 12. On Midsummer Eve, 21 June 2024, the service numbers of customer guidance services are closed.
- All service numbers of the customer guidance services are closed on Fridays from 24 June to 27 July 2024.
- The Enter Finland guidance number is closed from 24 June to 7 July 2024.
- The Ukraine and temporary protection service number is open from 1 July to 21 July 2024 at 8.30–12.00.
Apart from the days mentioned above, the subject-specific service numbers and the service number for employers will be open normally.

Reception centres
If you are registered at a reception centre, you can contact your reception centre for information about its summer opening hours. Many services are closed on 21 June 2024 (Midsummer Eve).
