The telephone service and the service points of the Finnish Immigration Service are closed on the following days:
- Christmas Day 25 December 2023
- Boxing Day 26 December 2023
- New Year’s Day 1 January 2024
In addition to the dates mentioned above, the service point in Rovaniemi will also be closed on 27–29 December 2023.
Our service desk for EU citizens at International House Helsinki will be closed from 27 December 2023 to 5 January 2024.
On Tuesday 19 December 2023, our telephone service will be open at 8.30–12.00 and 13.00–14.00.
At other times, our service points and telephone service will be open as usual.
