Helsinki service point of the Finnish Immigration Service remains in Sörnäinen

The head office of the Finnish Immigration Service in Helsinki has moved from Kalasatama to Pasila.
There is no customer service in our head office, and we cannot receive customers there.
- Asylum interviews and oral hearings are conducted in Pasila at the address Ratapihantie 11.
- All other customer service functions are located at the address Käenkuja 3 aA.
You may visit our service point at Käenkuja to submit an application, to prove your identity after having submitted an online application or to submit additional documents for your application.
We recommend, however, that you submit your supplementary documents via the e-service Enter Finland or by post.
Remember to book an appointment at the service point in advance at migri.fi/book-an-appointment. If you have an asylum interview or an oral hearing, you will receive a separate invitation to it.
