Follow the status of your online application

You may apply for a residence permit online at the service point of the external service provider in Ankara. Please remember that when submitting your application online, you have to follow the status of your application in the e-service Enter Finland. You alone are responsible for this, even if you have submitted your application at the service point of the external service provider in Ankara.

If we need additional information to process your application, you will, as a rule, only be notified of this via the e-service. If you do not answer the request for additional information, you will receive a negative decision for your application.

If you get someone else to help you create a user account and fill in the application, please also ask him or her to show you how to follow the status of your application.
