Customer service at the Helsinki service point continues without customer service receptionists for the time being
Pending the recruitment of new personnel, customer reception services will be temporarily unavailable at the Helsinki service point in Malmi as of 1 February 2022.
Other services will continue to operate as normal. Customer service receptionists will return to the service point later in the spring. We will inform our customers of this at a separate time.
Customer service receptionists help customers with, for example, application-related questions as the customers arrive at the service point.
Otherwise, the Helsinki service point will continue to serve customers as usual. Book an appointment in our appointment system to prove your identity. If your matter is urgent, you can visit a service point with a waiting number. Read the customer instructions on visiting the Malmi service point.
