Notifications of decisions or supplement requests not visible in some Enter Finland user accounts
Due to a technical error, some events that have been visible in some Enter Finland user accounts have disappeared from the service.
The Finnish Immigration Service or the police sent supplement requests and notifications of decisions on Friday 26 June. Some requests and notifications were visible to customers for a moment and then disappeared from the Enter Finland service. The problem only affects a few notifications sent within a short period of time.
The Finnish Immigration Service will resend all notifications that have disappeared from the service. If your user account received a notification of a decision but the notification has disappeared, please wait patiently. The notification will soon reappear in your account.
All decisions will be resent as soon as possible
The technical error has now been fixed. Decisions and requests for further information will be resent to those customers who encountered the problem. All data that was temporarily lost will be restored as soon as possible.
Customer information will not disappear and the problem will not affect the handling of applications.
Although some data is not visible in the Enter Finland service, all data is safely stored at the Finnish Immigration Service. You do not need to contact us if you received a supplement request or were notified of a decision and it has disappeared.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused to you by technical problems.
