More than 2,200 of our customers answered our customer satisfaction survey about the Enter Finland e-service. The feedback was very positive, since as many as 95 per cent of those who answered the survey would recommend the e-service to their friends.
You can apply for different permits in Enter Finland
At the moment, you can use Enter Finland to apply for
- your first residence permit for studies or work
- an extended permit for studies or work
- registration of an EU citizen
- Finnish citizenship.
Those who answered the survey wished that more application types were added to the service. Expanding the e-service, for example, to employers is under development.
Enter Finland is easy to use
Customers find the Enter Finland e-service easy to use. You can submit an application any time on your own computer. Moreover, the electronic application is less expensive than the paper application. Ninety-seven per cent of those who answered the survey found it easy to create a user account and 96 per cent could easily find the right application form.
The service was praised especially for its practicality and efficiency. Ninety-three per cent of those who answered the survey gave Enter Finland an overall score of very good or good.
The service has also received honours for its usability and accessible design from professionals in the field. It won two awards at Vuoden Huiput 2015 – the Best of Finnish Advertising and Design competition: gold for service design and silver for digital design.
