The response time for our customer survey ended at the end of June. We would like to thank all of the respondents! More than 65 % of respondents were satisfied with or felt neutral about the services of the Finnish Immigration Service.
Most of the almost 200 respondents were applicants or their representatives. Most had applied for a residence permit or Finnish citizenship. The majority of the respondents were under 50 years old. The numbers of male and female respondents were roughly equal. Respondents represented about 50 nationalities.
Responses will be used for development
By far, the services of the Finnish Immigration Service used most often by the respondents were telephone services and the web site. There was a great deal of free-form feedback, so the responses are very useful to us for the development of our customer services.
We will provide information on the results and future service reforms later, when we have had time to analyse the responses in more detail.
