The backlog of Somali applications made on the basis of family ties has been cleared. Therefore, there is no longer a need for a separate service number for questions about Somali applications. From 1 January 2015, you can ask about all applications made on the basis of family ties by calling 0295 419 624.
The Finnish Immigration Service has different service numbers for different grounds for applying. Please check that you have chosen the right number!
