The Embassy of Finland in Manila is closing by 31.12.2012, operational changes in November-December

The embassy will be moving out from its current premises by the end of October 2012. Before closing down permanently on 31.12.2012, the embassy will be operating in temporary premises.
Due to the move, embassy’s customer service will be closed from 25th of October until 2nd of November 2012. Customer service will resume on 5th of November in the premises of the Royal Norwegian Embassy where a Consular office of Finland will be opened.
