Enter Finland for Employers now available for private employers
Using the service as a private employer is now easier: you can submit the attachments of a residence permit application online. A private employer is an employer who does not have a business ID. For example, this could be a person who hires an au pair.
All the features of Enter Finland for Employers that can be used by companies are also available for private employers. Private individuals who are employers but do not have a Business ID cannot currently use Enter Finland for Employers to submit their employee announcement.
In the future, a new user of Enter Finland for Employers must select whether they are a company representative or a private employer. Users create their accounts based on this selection.
If you represent a company, you can use your Enter Finland for Employers account in the future even if you change companies. However, you will not be able to change your account type from a company representative to a private employer or vice versa.
If you would like to change your account type, user support will remove your account, after which you can create a new one. Contact user support by email at esupport@migri.fi.
