Changes is e-services - Service not in use 15-16 June

The new e-service will open on Wednesday 17 June 2015. Due to preparations for the deployment of the new services, e-services will be unavailable on 15–16 June.

Old decisions and drafts will not be transferred

The information to be transferred from your e-service account to the new service will include your personal details and pending matters. Old decisions and saved draft applications will not be transferred to the new service.

The login process will not change

You can log into the new service using your existing user name and password on the login page. When you log into the new service for the first time, the service will ask you to accept the new terms of use.

A telephone number cannot be used for logging into the new service. If your user name is a mobile phone number, please replace it in the old service with your e-mail address by 15 June. You may also opt for a strong identification method from the following: Finnish online banking credentials, an electronic ID card with a chip, or a mobile certificate.

If you were unable or did not manage to change your user name to an e-mail address, please contact e-support.

If you experience technical problems in using the new e-service, please send an e-mail message to e-support@migri.fi. The customer service is unable to assist in technical problems regarding e-services.

If you have general questions about applications, please read the instructions on our website or call the customer service number.

Because the service is completely new, it will be continuously developed in cooperation with customers. In the beginning, this may result in brief interruptions. If you detect any problems with the service, please give feedback immediately by e-mail to e-support@migri.fi.
