Giving us feedback also benefits you
In March, the Finnish Immigration Service opened a renewed feedback channel on its website. With your feedback we want to receive information about, for example, what kind of instructions our customers need.
Based on the feedback we have already made some changes:
- We have made it easier to confirm an asylum seeker’s right to work and created a separate service number for employers.
- We inform our customers about our phone service’s busiest times on the Services pageon migri.fi. This gives our customers a chance to choose a less busy time for their phone call.
- We will soon introduce an application form for revocation of a prohibition of entry.
We use your feedback to develop our services
We gladly accept ideas and feedback that we can use to develop our operations and services. Our intention is also to change the structure of our feedback form so that it becomes easier to use.
Please remember that the feedback channel is not meant for questions about your application
The feedback channel is meant only for feedback. You cannot ask questions about your own case through the feedback channel.
We do not answer questions about individual applications that have been sent using the feedback form. We also do not open links that have been included in the feedback, unless they lead to the agency’s own website. For security reasons you should not include personal information in your feedback.
