Changes in the service numbers of the Finnish Immigration Service

The Finnish Immigration Service launches a new service number for seasonal workers. There will also be some small changes in the subject-specific service numbers concerning residence permits. Please check the number before calling us.

The subject-specific service numbers concerning residence permits for work or studies will change on 23 March 2021. On the same day, two new service numbers will open:

• Seasonal work permits; first residence permits and extended permits and certificates for seasonal work: 0295 419 627
• Other work, specialist, sports and coaching, employee of a community or an association, intra-corporate transfer, start-up entrepreneur and entrepreneur, degree completed in Finland; first residence permits and extended permits: 0295 419 623

You can call our subject-specific service numbers on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between 10.00 and 11.00. The general customer service number of the Finnish Immigration Service is open from Monday to Friday at 8.30–15.30. The service number for employers is open from Monday to Friday at 8.30–12.00.
