You will also receive your decision faster when you apply online. If you cannot apply electronically, submit your application to the local police.
Applications for extended permits cannot be submitted abroad
Remember to apply for an extended permit before travelling abroad for summer holidays, because you cannot apply for an extended permit abroad.
