During the summer 2026, the telephone service and service points of the Finnish Immigration Service are open as follows:
Service points
All service points of the Finnish Immigration Service are closed on Midsummer Eve 19 June 2026.
The service point in Rovaniemi is closed from 27 July to 16 August 2026.
Otherwise, most service points will be open normally. See the page Service points for the opening hours of service points.
Service numbers of telephone service
Our telephone service will close at 11.30 on 18 June 2026, the day before Midsummer Eve. On Midsummer Eve, 19 June 2026, the telephone service is closed.
All service numbers of our telephone service are open between 22 June and 31 July 2026 as follows:
- Monday–Wednesday and Friday 8.30–11.30
- Thursday 12.30–15.30.
Apart from the days mentioned above, the subject-specific service numbers and the service number for employers will be open normally.

Reception centres
If you are registered at a reception centre, you can contact your reception centre for information about its summer opening hours. Many services are closed on 19 June 2026 (Midsummer Eve).
