The number of our customers has increased by tens of thousands in a very short time and our customer service is very busy.

During the summer months, the number of employees answering calls will be lower than usual due to holidays. This means that our customer service will be busy also during the summer.

The busiest time is in the morning between 9 and 12. If you are not able to reach us then, please call again in the afternoon between 12 and 15. Days at the beginning of the week are busier than days at the end of the week. We also receive a large number of calls at the end of every month. If your matter is not urgent, please wait to call us until the beginning of next month.

We understand that it may feel like time is moving slowly when you are waiting for a decision. You cannot speed up the processing of your matter by calling our customer service. Therefore, please wait patiently for your decision.

In order to be able to serve our customers as well as possible, we wish that you check the following before calling us:

  • Has the expected processing timeof your application been exceeded?

If not, it is of no use asking about the processing stage of your application. You cannot speed up the processing of your application by calling us.

  • Did you apply for a permit electronically and do you wish to know the processing stage of your application?

In that case, you can check the processing stage of your application through our e-service whenever you like without calling our customer service.

  • Have you received a request for supplementary information?

If you have, please answer the request as soon as possible and submit the required information to us in writing. The requested information cannot be given to us by calling our customer service. If you, for some reason, do not want to submit the requested information, please inform the person who processes your matter directly of this in writing.

  • Do you have all the necessary attachments?

A list of required attachments can be found at the end of the application form. Make sure that you have all the necessary attachments and documents before you start filling in your application.
